This system has BOOT v4, which only handles EXE files, uses extended addressing while loading, and expects an execution vector for the starting address.

Attempted to create KL with KI paging and KS with KI paging, but BOOTS v4 failed to load.

Attempted to port BOOT v3 over in A36 format, but that failed as well.

Efforts are directed to the SIMH emulator instead.
